Refund Policy
Try before you enroll — and if things don't work out, we'll make it right.
Free 3-Day Trial
Every new student receives a free 3-day trial so you can evaluate our teachers and teaching method before paying any fee.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid enrollment, you may request a refund for any unused classes in that period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Classes already delivered, and fees paid more than 7 days after enrollment, are non-refundable. Missed classes without prior notice are also non-refundable.
How to Request
Email qurantazim@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your registered name and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
